Every trip begins with a conversation
I offer complimentary consultations so we can talk through your vision, priorities, and budget to make sure we’re creating the right experience for you.
If a fee is necessary for your trip, I will ensure you are aware of exact pricing before moving forward in planning your vacation.
Flight + One Destination
When your vacation is packaged together, there is no additional planning fee. I’ll coordinate the details, including transfers and in-destination activities to ensure everything flows smoothly.
Examples include resort, theme park, and cruise packages.
Flights + Multiple Stops
For vacations with multiple destinations, planning requires additional time, research, and coordination. This fee reflects the care and customization involved in designing a seamless, well-paced experience
My fee will be based on trip complexity and group size.
Departing 60 Days or Less
Planning travel on a shorter timeline often requires expedited research, quick decision-making, and priority coordination with suppliers.
This fee is required for all bookings less than 60 days from departure. I do not book vacations departing less than two weeks from the consultation.
Flight Finding Assistance
For clients who only need assistance finding flights
I will provide two personalized round-trip flight recommendations tailored to your schedule and preferences. You are then able to book directly with the airline or your preferred booking website.
Note: If you are booking your lodging with me and prefer to book your own air, I do not charge a fee.
Booking and Support
For clients who only need air assistance and would like concierge care for their travel days.
This includes booking your flights, seat selection (when available), flight monitoring, and travel day support for up to six passengers.
For long-haul or more complex itineraries requiring extended or overnight availability, an additional $75 “on-call” fee may apply.
